How can I get my contact information removed from your files?

To remove yourself from our communications records, please submit your request to us at info@wellbe.com with the following information included:

For purposes of identifying your record correctly, please provide us with:

  2. Your birthdate
  3. The information you would like us to remove (e.g. email address, mailing address, phone number, etc). To remove all information from our records, you may simply state that you’d like us to remove all of your information.

After your request has been submitted, we will work with you to remove your requested information as quickly as possible.
